   1. Team impact you deal with the clothes in the back. whenever people try things on in the dressing room and don’t want them, models bring them to the back, and you have to fold them and put them back. You’re in charge of stock basically.
   2. Depends. Model you can get hired easily if you are good looking since they are always hiring people (sadly -_-) Impact member, you don’t have to be the best looking, but you can also get pretty easy.
   3. Models have to wear certain hollister jeans, shirts, dresses, shoes, etc. You can also wear clothes that look similiar to Hollisters. They’re more strict on the models, team impact members get it more easy with what they have to wear. As for shoes you can wear sandals or vans slip ons (no black)
   4. Models usually work 6 hour shifts (5 if your a minor) and 1-3 days a week. Team impact usually 3-4 days a week about 7 hours/8 hours.
   5. Discounts. 20% off everything in the store, but they take it off the ORIGINAL price, not the sale price. So if you want a shirt that was $40 and now $30, you get the 20% off the $40. (or they do whichever is cheaper) Unless you work with cool managers, they use coupon codes to give me 20% off the sale price And we get AAA’s. Once every season when we get all new things. You get 50% off certain PRESELECTED by corporate clothes. Theres a list with pictures of the items you can choose. For new employees you get 50% off two shirts, 1 pair of jeans, and 1 pair of sandals. After that, for the next AAA’s you get 50% all that minus the sandals.
