Which Is The Better/greater M L B Rivalry In Terms Of Fan Frenzy/excitement …..?

Red Sox/Yankees … A bitter history both for players and fans. You can’t ask for more.
Dodgers/Giants … This one jumped clear across the country and continues strongly.
Yankees/Mets … In New York your one or the other … There is no in between!
What team would you like your favorite team to beat consistently?
My team is the Atlanta Braves. I want them to win consistently against the Mets, Giants, Phillies, and most of all get back to the world series and beat the YANKEES! (I have to excersize some serious demons … (laughing)
1996 – 6 – 0 lead in game 4 by the 6th inning then along comes some cat by the name of Jim Leyritz. I really hate that guy. (It’s a good hate …. (smiling)
1999 – a four game sweep … sigh … (laughing)

    A few years ago, it was Yanks/Sox. But, since The Curse is now broken, it’s fallen off a bit. But I think it will come back.
    Mets/Phils has become a pretty good rivalry. First, with the Mets seeing themselves as the better team (yet not winning anything) and then with the Phils winning it all. And this one is between the players more than it is the fans.
    The rest, however, I think is more between the fans than the players. So I would actually argue that Mets/Phils is the best since it boiles down to the player level.
