		<description>Places like Bristol, Exeter, Oxford and Cambridge have been seen as bike friendly for many years. More so than other cities, and in part due to high student levels, a broad section of working class communities and heavy traffic congestion.
Two years ago several cities (including the above) were awarded several million sterling to invest and improve the cycle infrastructure from Cycling England. Simple things like cycle stands to park, advice for routes etc. 
..so based on that I&#039;d say its a tie up between the four above.</description>
