Is A Hour And A Half Layover In Amsterdam Enough Time To Smoke A Cigarette?

I will be traveling to Ireland next week and have a hour and a half layover in Amsterdam. Would this be enough time to go outside to have a smoke (cigarette not weed) and go back through security and get to my gate? I heard there was no smoking areas inside the airport.
