Based on attendance statistics alone in terms of percentages of sell outs,
Oakland, Tampa Bay, St. Louis and Jacksonville rank in the bottom 4 for the second consecutive year all under 75%.
On top of those teams i think you would have to throw San Diego and Minnesota into the mix.

they are tied but bostons winning % is 0.774 and heats are 0.743 according to nba.com….

I think in the East Boston has an edge over Orlando because of their perimeter players I still think Rondo, Pierce, and Allen are alot better than Jameer Nelson, J.
