Survey – Can You Name A Song Where The Album Version Is Better Than The “radio” Version?

“Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is” – Chicago. There is a great piano solo by Robert Lamm that opens the song that the radio version leaves completely off. Plus the song itself is just shorter.
Another one, “Won’t Get Fooled Again” – The song really should be listened to in its complete version.

Pretty much any song, even Lady Gaga. The radio plays a 3 minute and something version of Bad Romance. The complete one is 7 minutes and some seconds. Many albums (like live at leeds) show the personalities, you’ll never hear that on the radio.

I know what you mean, the radio tends to cut out really good parts, leaving the song several seconds shorter. Then, when you listen to the real version, you’re like wow! I don’t remember that part!
    lol

there’s like a million swear words in the song that the radio version obviously took out so the song doesn’t even make sense on the radio!!
For example, instead of saying “I’m trying to f***”, the radio version changed it to “I’m trying to crunk”
like what does that even mean???:p
