I just graduated high school so i dont even have my diploma yet or anything, but im going into marine officer candidacy and my lieutenant wants me to start at ncc so i can go into training this summer. is there anything i can do to make it happen?

You just pay the $200 charge for a one day pass and go in. That does not include swimming with the dolphins, however. you have to be staying at The Cove to go swimming with the Dolphins.
