Not to amsterdam but flown a lot of places with easyjet and they are definitely the best budget airline ! So much nicer than ryanair

I plan on traveling to Amsterdam in July 2011. I am an American with dual US/UK citizenship. I heard the laws may be changing to bar foreigners from buying weed. Is that true? Has a law been passed yet? If so, does my EU citizenship help me at all? Thanks!
