This is the most important matchup if bynum stays healthy and plays big games in this series it will be a easy matchup the undersized anthony will have to hold defense and big z got to make open jumpshots

Talent wise. Miami is better than any team in the league. Lakers have a better bench and are deeper. Lakers have great chemistry. We will have to see what happens in Miami, although I don’t think chemistry will be a problem. Both will be good defensive teams.
I think Miami is better because of their 2nd string offense. They will be able to keep at least 1 of their stars in at all times. While the Lakers have Kobe out, Miami will be able to keep Lebron or Wade in. That will make Miami’s 2nd string offense better than the Lakers. And that is what I think will be the difference maker. 3 stars vs. 2 stars. 3 Stars win.

And Lakers have the best international player outside of the USA – Pau Gasol.
But Heat have the best player in the World – LeBron James
The 2nd best player in the World – Dwyane Wade
And a top 10 player in the World – Chris Bosh.
So it will be close…
I think this question relies on one player. Andrew Bynum. If he can step up and stay healthy, he will be incredible defensively and could stop LeBron at points. The Heat look great on paper, but the Lakers are a proven team. I give the slight edge to the Lakers. However, the Heat have more of a chance of going to the Finals. The Eastern Conference is much easier than the West.

You really have to give them the edge because of the hight and scoring advantage at the center position.
I think that if the Miami Heat can acquire a true presence in the post they would be the better team because they have overall better talent at the other positions.
Miami Heat have yet to proove anything…The Lakers have beefed their squad up as well. I’d still put my money on the Lakers. They’re the Champs and until somebody kicks their behind, they’re still the team to beat this coming NBA season.

I honestly expect Miami to dominate this year and reach the Finals, how ever I would still take the Lakers in a dog fight especially with a healthy Bynum and Kobe
