How Can I Found Out Where This Package Is?

I live in Miami beach. I ordered from an clothing online store(lna) and they shipped by UPS but when it got to my city they transferred it to my “local” post office in Hialeah(but that’s not my local post office?) But UPS was still updating its whereabouts. Then on the day it was supposed to be delivered to me it said I wasn’t there(but I was) and on the UPS tracking they said usps attempted and left a notice BUT THERE WASN’T ANY NOTICE. My shipping address is correct. NOW it says its at my “local” post office IN HIALEAH. I just need to know how do I track it down? Do I call my local post office which is on Miami beach? Or the ones in Hialeah? There are a lot in Hialeah. And what do I say? They didn’t even leave a notice. I’ve never done this before.

Bored Question: Hi, How Will You Spend This Weekend?

Me I will spend it like any other. Early Saturday I will see my gf, however, Real Madrid play every Saturday more or less and Real Madrid takes absolute priority. Real Madrid is life. So I will be sure to be back home by 7pm to watch. I usually spend Sundays at my friends, watching football or playing football and this weekend will probably be the same.
What will you do?

American Visiting Uk Questions.?

Hi,
I’ve asked a similar question before, but I’m a little confused.
I’m a US citizen and passport holder.
I will be traveling to the UK in April. I’ll be staying from April 3rd to August 20th.
During this time I’ll be staying with 2 friends. (One in Inverness, the other a cousin in Edinburgh).
Ok. So my questions are….
1. Do I need a visa. What kind?
2. What kind of questions will they ask me at immegration (if any)?
3. Is there anything (documents, addresses, etc) that I should bring to provide at the border other than my passport?
I’m one of those paranoid people who worries over nothing and I’ve heard some horror stories involving the UK Border. This is also my 1st international trip so I’m a little nervous. Any help would be appreciated.

Do You Agree With Ny That If You Are Arrested For A Dwi Your License If Suspended Before You Are Found Guilty.?

In New York State you lose your license immidiatly after arraignment not after trial or a plea. Do you agree with this. I do not at all as taking a driver’s license just infringes on privileges before anything is proven. I had a DWI dismissed because I was sleeping in my car in my friends driveway not driving the car but my license was suspended for almost 5 months while the judge finally threw out the case. Basically my license was suspended for no reason.

Birthers Also Claim That Marco Rubio Is Not A Natural Born Citizen. Do You Cons Agree With Them Too?

Activists known as ‘birthers,’ who still question President Barack Obama’s U.S. citizenship, are focusing on Sen. Marco Rubio, saying he’s not a natural born citizen.
WASHINGTON — Unable to prevent Barack Obama from becoming president, rigid followers of the Constitution have turned their attention to another young, charismatic politician many think could one day occupy the White House.
The birthers are focusing on U.S. Sen Marco Rubio, the budding Republican star from Florida.
“It’s nothing to do with him personally. But you can’t change the rules because you like a certain person. Then you have no rules,” said New Jersey lawyer Mario Apuzzo.
Forget about the alleged Photoshopped birth certificates; the activists are not challenging whether Rubio was born in Miami. Rather, they say Rubio is ineligible under Article 2 of the Constitution which says “no person except a natural born citizen … shall be eligible to the Office of President.”
The rub is that “natural born citizen” was never defined.
The birthers rely on writings at the time of the formation of the republic and references in court cases since then to contend that “natural born” means a person born to U.S. citizens. Rubio was born in 1971 at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital, his office said, but his parents did not become citizens until 1975.
“Marco Rubio was born a Cuban citizen via his parents,” screams a headline on a blog by birther Charles Kerchner, who obtained copies of the naturalization petitions by Rubio’s parents in May, igniting talk that is spreading across the Web.
Kerchner said Rubio is no different from Obama, who even though he was born in Hawaii (which he doubts), was not born to two U.S. citizens. Obama’s father was a Kenyan national. The birthers say Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, whose parents are from India and were not citizens at the time of his birth, is also unqualified.
Rubio, whose national ascent has been propelled by a tea party that demands absolute fealty to the Constitution, shrugged off the issue.
“The price of our freedom and our liberty is that people can go out and spend a lot of time on stuff like this,” he said. “For us, the more important thing is to focus on our job.”
While Rubio denies higher ambitions, Republicans are salivating for him to join the ticket in 2012 and many think he will run for president in the future. What seems a fringe issue today could blow up, like it did for Obama.
“We need the court to finally adjudicate this issue, who is a natural born citizen,” said Orly Taitz, a California dentist and lawyer and the most prominent birther. Taitz has a lawsuit in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals challenging the authenticity of the long-form birth certificate Obama released in late April in an attempt to quell a growing firestorm. The suit also seeks clarity on Article 2 language.
Taitz said in an interview Wednesday that she believes Rubio is ineligible to be president, though several times resisted answering a “hypothetical.”
Birthers rely on various passages to back up their argument. One of them is the treatise The Law of Nations by Swiss philosopher Emer de Vattel, which they say influenced the founding fathers. “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens,” Vattel wrote.
They also cite the U.S. Supreme Court, which in the 1875 case Minor v. Happersett, used the term “natural born citizen” in reference to people who were born in the United States, of U.S.-citizen parents.

Why Should Ice Hockey Continue To Be The National Sport?

A new national sport might better represent Canada for the following reasons:
#1 Professional hockey has long been sold down the border with only 7 teams out of 30 located in this country, there are 5 provinces with no pro hockey team and the headquarters is in New York not Canada.
#2 Hockey is a very violent contact sport with lots of injuries and fights are encouraged as part of the show (not a terribly good example for young people) . It seems un-Canadian in the sense that Canada likes to promote itself as a peace-loving nation.
#3 Hockey parents put too much pressure on kids with their unrealistic fan-atic expectations that they’ll make it all the way to the pro league when the chances of this are just about as good as winning the lotto (statistically speaking)
#4 Hockey does not seem natural in a place like Vancouver where lakes and rivers rarely (if ever) freeze over in winter. In Toronto and Montreal the winters are increasingly mild too due to global warming, so hockey has to be played more and more in special indoor facilities with poor air quality. These facilities require tremendous amounts of hydro power for their maintenance and are thus bad for the environment. (Hockey is ALWAYS played like this when franchises are brought to ridiculous desert settings like Phoenix or Dallas)
#5 Some Hockey fans get too crazy when they lose…they have already trashed 1/2 of downtown Vancouver…twice.
#6 The Cup has not been won by a Canadian team in almost 20 years…is it because the best players go to the teams down south so what we’re left with is not good enough?
#7 Hockey gear is way too expensive and that tends to exclude fans of more limited means, thus turning it into a kind of exclusive “elite” sport.
#8 Hockey players and promoters make too much for what they do (which is basically entertainment) and this is reflected in the admission prices. I know they are very talented and should be compensated to make a living, but does it really make sense for a hockey player to make more than a doctor or an engineer!?
For all these reasons I believe Canada would be better served by promoting all-Canadian amateur hockey leagues only or a new and different sport all together. (maybe soccer due to its global appeal so that Canada could have a respectable presence in more international events such as the World Cup?)
